• User Content: Redoist allows you to input and manage your tasks and other information. You retain ownership of all content that you upload to Redoist. However, by using Redoist, you grant RRBC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display any content you upload to Redoist.
• Prohibited Uses: You agree not to use Redoist for any unlawful purpose or in any way that may damage the app or impair its performance. You agree not to upload or distribute any content that is infringing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Limitation of Liability: You acknowledge and agree that RRBC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of Redoist. RRBC does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information available on Redoist.
• Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold RRBC harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of Redoist or any breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• Modification: RRBC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of Redoist after any modifications indicate your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
• Termination: RRBC may terminate your access to Redoist at any time for any reason without notice.
